Cookie Policy

Effective from: April 23, 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit webinar4me.com. They help the site function, improve your experience, and — with your consent — allow us to analyse visitor behaviour.

2. What cookies do we use?

2.1. Strictly necessary cookies

Essential for the Platform to function; used without consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive:

  • session / auth — login session (expires after 30 days or on browser close)
  • CSRF token — security protection (session only)
  • cookie-consent — your cookie preference (expires after 12 months)

2.2. Optional — analytics cookies

Set only with your consent. Provide anonymised usage statistics to improve the Platform (which features are used, where users drop off).

2.3. Optional — marketing cookies

Only with your consent. Enable cross-site tracking and ad measurement. The Platform does not currently use marketing cookies; this policy will be updated if that changes.

3. How to manage cookies

On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject optional cookies. You can change your settings at any time by re-triggering the banner or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

We also respect the "Do Not Track" signal supported by most modern browsers.

4. Third-party cookies

Stripe (our payment processor) may set its own cookies on the checkout page. These are governed by Stripe's cookie policy: stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.

5. Data processing and your rights

Data processed via cookies is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can exercise your rights (access, erasure, withdrawal of consent) at info@webinar4me.com.

6. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. The current version is always available at /cookies.
